The Pennsylvania Satellite News Service will provide a digital satellite video feed from 3:45 p.m. to 4 p.m. (15:45 - 16:00 Eastern) TODAY, Thursday, Dec. 18, of Governor Edward G. Rendell ceremonially signing a bill to ban mandatory overtime for health care workers. The goal is to improve the quality of health care by reducing the risk of medical errors.
