Employees were asked to rate the company bycompleting a confidential online survey covering criteria such as effectivecommunication, training, responsibility and decision-making, performancestandards, rewards and recognition, benefits, leadership, work environment,hiring and retention and corporate culture. The data were compiled by anindependent market research firm, and then a distinguished panel of judgesreviewed the data and comments from the employees.
