Specifically, The Prevention Plan features a personalized online wellnessprogram with registered nurse coaching and advocacy services that will enableparticipating Aon employees to receive a total assessment of their healthstatus and top health risks, and receive a customized plan to lower thoserisks and become healthier. Aon employees will have their health statusassessed through comprehensive blood work, biometrics and a thorough healthhistory. Goals are established for employees who are then provided with toolsand assistance from registered nurses to take a step-by-step approach towardimproved health. Test results are uploaded and stored securely in one placeonline and employees can access them anytime.
