Butterfield, Jr., Democrat of North Carolina, along with 8 other House Representatives have introduced the "DON'T LET THE BED BUGS BITE ACT OF 2009" to establish a grant in support of states efforts to root out the ever increasing Bed Bug problem that is sweeping the nation.
