These courses are designed to help staff plan, organize and implement the individualized service plans developed for an individual.
The new Training Academy ISP series is available to Therap users, including caregivers and other service professionals, providing supports to individuals with developmental disabilities and other Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS). The series will provide an effective and consistent quality learning tool for new staff familiarizing themselves with the electronic documentation system. Support professionals, program managers and QIDPs learn how to effectively create and customize an ISP program by using existing templates on Therap.
