"Long before I was blessed with the opportunities of a music career, I wasa wish child," said Sharp. "As a teenager, I was diagnosed with a rare form ofbone cancer. It's difficult to express the strength, hope and joy felt when awish is granted to a child, but I did it the best way I know how; I wrote asong about the Foundation.
