The combination of health assessment, interactive activities and community building allows learning from the provider and from one another. ACNM is the professional association representing certified nurse-midwives and certified midwives in the U.S. Their members are primary care providers for women throughout the lifespan, with an emphasis on pregnancy, childbirth, and gynecologic and reproductive health.
