Becoming a Fellow of the OMA is one of the highest honors reserved for those who demonstrate dedication and commitment to the clinical treatment of obesity and obesity-related diseases.
Rowsemitt met a list of criteria to become a Fellow of OMA. She has been a member of OMA for five years and has received extensive education focused on treating obesity in a clinical setting. She also worked to advance the practice of obesity medicine by serving on the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Committee.

Rowsemitt is a nurse practitioner and CEO of Comprehensive Weight Management, in Templeton, CA and Providence, RI. She works to help patients lose weight and achieve better overall health.
