Techne Corporation Declares Dividend

MINNEAPOLIS, Feb. 3 Techne Corporation(Nasdaq: TECH) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a dividendpayment of $0.25 per share for the quarter ended December 31, 2008. Thequarterly dividend will be payable February 27, 2009 to all commonshareholders of record on February 13, 2009. Future cash dividends will beconsidered by the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
