For six years prior to joining TMG Health, Dr. Masterson held a variety ofkey executive, management consulting, and management positions with CitiGroupincluding Head of Technology for the North American Operations of CitiBank,the world's largest bank, Head of Architecture and Data Warehouse Developmentfor the North American Retail Business of CitiGroup, Head of TransactionSystems Development, and most recently, the position of Vice President of IT-- for its Healthcare Systems (functional CIO) where he was responsible formanaging all IT healthcare functions and operations for the Global ConsumerBusiness. He was responsible for working with various managed care providersto define company, individual, and group health and benefit plans andintegrate the providers IT systems with those used within CitiGroup. Hedesigned, built, and operated a company IT Infrastructure and healthcarewebsite to manage all healthcare functions within the firm, submit claims,select coverage limits and plans, manage employee flexible spending accounts,and exchange claim and customer data with contracted providers.
