About the DonationsThe Fisher House Foundation provides lodging for the families of military members undergoing medical treatment for a combat-related injury, illness or disease. Sutter Health's $25,000 donation will help families stay for free at one of the Fisher House facilities in Sacramento, Palo Alto and Hawaii. This donation will also support the purchase of vital supplies such as food and personal care items for families staying in the facilities.

Operation HomeFront offers relief to military families and wounded veterans through emergency financial assistance. Sutter Health's $10,000 donation will help support families in Northern California in a variety of ways, including home repairs, groceries, school supplies and holiday meals. Additionally, Operation HomeFront connects the families they serve with resources for longer-term assistance, if needed.
