JACKSON, Miss., July 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Surgical Care Affiliates (SCA), one of the country's largest providers of specialty surgical services, announced today it has entered into a joint venture agreement with Mississippi Surgical Center in Jackson, Miss. to partner in the operation of the center.

Under the agreement, SCA and a group of physician partners will own the center, and SCA will provide management services.
Mississippi Surgical Center will continue to be a high quality, state-of-the-art outpatient surgical center, serving more than 100 physicians who perform procedures in specialties such as General Surgery, ENT, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Plastics, Urology, Pain Management, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and Urogynecology.
