This Umbilical Cord Blood Collection Program (UCBCP) is a California statewide program administered by UC Davis Health. The goal of UCBCP is to increase the number of high quality, publicly banked umbilical cord blood units and make them available to anyone for lifesaving transplantations. StemCyte has been collaborating with UC Davis Health on the program since 2012.
