PALO ALTO, Calif., Sept. 6, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Special Learning, Inc. announces the launch of sister company

Ever Learning and its All-Access Subscription to help those who serve individuals with Autism and other Special Needs.

Special Learning, Inc., the leading global provider of comprehensive digital autism solutions including training, curriculum and educational materials and virtual consulting, today announced the official launch of Ever Learning, the destination for quality training and educational products to support evidence-based education and intervention programs and its breakthrough All-Access Subscription.

There is a Worldwide Scarcity of Trained Professionals to Implement Evidenced-Based Intervention Programs for Autism and Other Special Needs

There are approximately 70 million people with autism in the world, using a conservative prevalence-rate of 1 in 100. Sadly, less than 10% of the world's population with autism have access to a life-changing intervention known as Applied Behavioral Analysis. ABA is an evidenced-based intervention that has demonstrated with early and intensive application to generate a 47% success rate helping children with autism to mainstream. Furthermore, ABA can help over 90% of people on the autism spectrum achieve some level of independence. However, there is currently a shortage of certified ABA experts, called Board Certified Behavioral Analysts (BCBAs), with only 29,000 worldwide (and most within the U.S.). As a result of the extreme scarcity of ABA experts to treat and supervise intervention programs, ABA therapy is currently only accessible in a handful of countries.

The universal challenge then is twofold: 1) ABA programs consume a significant amount of time and resources (about 35 hours per week. 2) Correspondingly, ABA is very expensive with costs ranging from $75,000 –- $125,000 annually. Even if a portion of ABA therapy is covered by insurance, the out-of-pocket costs are still substantial.

Making ABA Intervention Programs More Accessible, Affordable and Easier to Customize for Parents, Educators and Clinicians

Special Learning has been a most trusted source for all the professional development training needed by BCBAs but has also spent the last 8 years developing, designing, testing, refining and now implementing the best and most cost-effective means to provide digital access to ABA. The launch of Ever Learning and the introduction of its All-Access Monthly Subscription will make their Autism training and Problem Behavior videos, Social Stories, Flashcards, Visual Schedules, File Folders, Tracing Cards, Assessment Tools, Data Sheets, Literature Summaries, Educator Training Series — and hundreds of other products easily accessible for an affordable price of $9.99/month to anyone with an internet connection anywhere in the world!

"We are excited to continue to serve the development and training needs of BCBAs and other certified behavior professionals through Special Learning, while now with the launch of Ever Learning's All-Access, parents, educators and even clinicians can have access to hundreds of customizable tools to tailor ABA interventions programs for their own specific needs." said Karen Chung, CEO at Special Learning, Inc.
