About Speak Georgia

Speak Georgia is the brainchild of Janelle Jones, a political consultant, and Former Deputy State Director with the Georgia Republican Party (GAGOP) and Kelvin King, the owner of a successful construction firm, Osprey Management. The idea stemmed from the many conversations Janelle and Kelvin had while sitting around their own kitchen tables. In an effort to keep those conversations going while inviting more voices to the table, they decided to create Speak Georgia which would take the form of community town hall discussions. Hence, a non-partisan idea was born where community members are able to explore and speak on popular political topics affecting Georgia, its communities and the United States.
