Dry Eyes, Computers, & You. Keep Nature's Tears® EyeMist® Next to the Computer for Relief throughout the Day Says Kleyne.

GRANTS PASS, Ore., Nov. 27, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Computers are virtually central to the lives of almost everyone on the planet. The computer has exploded in daily life much as the television invaded homes everywhere in the 1950s. Back then, dry eye expert Sharon Kleyne recalls, experts worried about the long-term effect of watching television on education, the brain and the economy. According to Kleyne, people are asking the same questions today about the computer, but they are also asking health questions.

Kleyne, host of the internationally syndicated radio program, The Sharon Kleyne Hour Water Life Science®/Nature's Pharma®, The Power of Water® & Your Health sponsored by Nature's Tears® EyeMist® on VoiceAmerica and World Talk Radio produced by Rose Hong, founder/director of Global Dragon TV in Washington, D.C., has researched dry eye disease and body water evaporation for three decades. She and other international dry eye experts believe that dry eye disease is exacerbated by long hours staring into computers.

Dr. Yuan Fang of China points out that everyone should learn more about the elegant organ that is the eye. Eyes need rest, Fang asserts. "We also need to educate people about why they should not always be using the internet and their cell phones," says Fang.

The reason is clear, says Kleyne. Staring into the computer actually slows down the blinking process. As a result, the tear film, which is naturally 99 percent water, produces fewer tears to lubricate the eye. The eye over-evaporates, resulting in dry eye. Severe dry eye can even lead to blindness.

Kleyne teaches that there are a number of things one can do to thwart dry eye resulting from excessive computer use. Eye glasses with anti-reflective coating can provide some relief for computer eyes. One can also affix an anti-glare screen to the computer screen. Relief from computer dry eyes can also be had by following the 20-20-20 rule. Look away from your computer screen every twenty minutes for at least twenty seconds and focus on something that is at least twenty feet away. "I always look out at certain trees," says Kleyne. "It's restful to my eyes." One can also play with focus. Focus on an object that is far away for fifteen-to-twenty seconds, then focus on something that is nearby. This strengthens the eye.

Dry eye disease afflicts billions of people worldwide every year. Acute cases can even lead to blindness, which is also out of control globally.

Kleyne also wants people to know that the Power of Water® is the greatest power on earth and a force for good in the battle against dry eye. The Power of Water® is Nature's Pharma®s dream. It is the breath of life. "This breath of life," says Kleyne, "is embodied in the only dry eye product on the global market that consists of pure water and nothing else. All other products contain chemicals that can provide temporary relief. Yet, the chemicals can also be addictive and do nothing to replenish the tear film water lost to excessive water evaporation."

Only Nature's Tears® EyeMist® provides longer-lasting relief because it supplements the tear film with a patented micron-size mist of 100 percent Trade Secret tissue culture grade water. Nature's Tears® EyeMist® is easy to use, easier than eye drops, and contains no chemicals. Nature's Tears® EyeMist® actually replenishes eye water lost to excessive water evaporation. Nature's Tears® EyeMist® is the dry eye solution® that everyone desires.

Eye drops for dry eyes can also still be applied even though eye drops only seal in moisture that is already present. Kleyne suggests applying Nature's Tears® EyeMist®, which is more than just a mist® first, then seal all that pure moisture in with eye drops.

"This is Nature's Pharma®'s best way to deal with dry eye," says Kleyne. Kleyne recommends keeping a little bottle of Nature's Tears® EyeMist® right next to your computer where you can reach it easily and use it throughout the day as needed. Computers are great tools, but we need to care for our eyes as we use them.
