(Serve You), based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has acquired the New England Mail Order Pharmacy (NEMOP) business, based in Middlebury, Vermont, from Pharmacy Health Services, Inc.

The NEMOP acquisition comes in the midst of an expansion of Serve You's Milwaukee PBM and mail order pharmacy, Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy. When complete, Serve You DirectRx Pharmacy will have doubled its original size and quadrupled its per-shift prescription dispensing capacity.
