MECHANICSBURG, Pa. and GAINESVILLE, Fla., Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Select Medical and UF Health today announced theofficial opening of UF Health Rehab Hospital, a collaboration between the two health care providers. The 50-bed hospital is expected to begin admitting patients on Feb. 19, 2019.

In collaboration with UF Health, Select Medical will operate the new facility, which will serve the needs of patients in the Northern Florida region requiring care resulting from stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, amputation and neurological disorders, among other conditions.
