DAYTON, Ohio, Oct. 8 Robbins & Myers, Inc.(NYSE: RBN) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a regularcash dividend payment of $0.0375 per share. The dividend is payable onNovember 14, 2008 to shareholders of record as of October 20, 2008.
