The Media Accreditation and Newsroom Guidelines explains our policies. Because of space and budget limitations, we cannot guarantee working space in the newsroom to reporters who are not registered on or before October 16 or to those who register onsite.

HOTELS: We encourage you to make your hotel reservations immediately. This communication is being sent as a reminder to book your housing for Scientific Sessions. If you have not yet made the decision to attend, we encourage you to register for the conference and proceed with a hotel booking. A deposit is not required. If the hotel of your choice is not available, please select an alternate hotel. You will be asked to provide credit card information for the purpose of guaranteeing your room. It will only be charged in an instance of a no-show or if you cancel outside of the hotel's cancellation policy which, in most cases, is within 72 hours of the arrival date. Please refer to your confirmation as cancellation policies vary depending on the property. After Oct. 16, housing is based on availability.
MEDIA NEWSROOM: A fully equipped and staffed newsroom will be provided for registered working members of the media in the News Media Center, Hall J. Abstracts on CD and the news kit will be provided when you pick up your badge.
MEDIA BRIEFINGS: Several briefings will occur daily in the news conference room.
INFORMATION: The News Media Center is located in Hall F of the Orange County Convention Center, 9800 International Drive, Orlando, Fla.

Sunday, Nov. 15 - 7 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 16 - 7 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 17 - 7 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 18 - 7 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
The media center will be open Saturday, Nov. 14, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. for REGISTRATION ONLY. It is recommended that you come Saturday to pick up your badge and media materials.
Badge Pick-up:
Advanced registrants please bring a photo ID to the registration desk located in the NEWS MEDIA CENTER, HALL F of the Orange County Convention Center to obtain your badge and media materials.
ONSITE REGISTRATION:
You are required to bring your press credentials or letter of assignment from and a valid photo ID to the registration desk.
