The following upgrades are the first of many RXNT has planned for 2020.
Effective immediately, an updated patient dashboard design is more intuitive and easier to navigate—increased functionality allows patients to schedule and reschedule physician appointments within the patient portal. Patients will have access to consent forms that can be signed and submitted electronically before their appointment. Consent forms will also be available at other times, such as during patient check-in from the patient profile screen in RXNT's Electronic Health Record system and the appointment scheduler feature. Functionality that is not changing with these upgrades is a patient's ability to pay bills online and view lab and test results.
Facial recognition and unlock is now available for RXNT's iOS (Apple) applications for devices that offer this feature. Touch recognition via fingerprint identification is available for both iOS and Android devices. Facial recognition (iOS only) and touch recognition (iOS and Android) are available for all RXNT apps, except the Hospice app.
