Lissa Goldenstein is an accomplished entrepreneur and business executive with more than 25 years of commercial experience bringing new technologies to market in the life science research and medical diagnostic fields. Over the past 14 years, Lissa has been a visionary CEO focused on advancing women's reproductive health by licensing groundbreaking academic research and delivering novel, diagnostic products for patients facing the need for non-invasive prenatal testing and IVF treatment. She has served as President and CEO of ARC Fertility, Inc., Co-Founder, President and CEO of Auxogyn Inc. (now Progyny, Inc.), and President and CEO of Artemis Health Inc. (now Verninata Health, Inc.)

Three new members were recently elected to the RESOLVE Board of Directors. Representing the family building community with expertise in advocacy, law, management, communications, fundraising, patient support and medicine, the Board leads RESOLVE in meeting its mission to improve the lives of women and men struggling to build a family. Joining the RESOLVE Board of Directors for the 2019 term are:

Kevin Hagan, Arlington, VA, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Thrive Impact. His expertise is in organizational strategy and planning, leadership and governance, change management and organizational transformation, and crisis management and messaging. Having served as CEO of the American Diabetes Association and President & CEO of Feed the Children, he has a unique understanding of the pressures that nonprofits face and the need for innovation in the nonprofit sector.

Dwight P. Ryan, White Plains, NY, is a seasoned CEO and Chief Financial Officer possessing extensive financial, accounting, and operational experience within the healthcare and technology sector. Working with early stage start-ups in addition to Fortune 500 companies, Dwight has a wide-ranging background in the infertility sector. The former CFO of the then publicly-traded infertility services company IntegraMed America and Women's Integrated Network, Dwight currently serves as the COO of Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York and is President & CEO of MedTech For Solutions, Inc.

Pamela Schumann, Cold Spring, NY, is the President of Growth Strategy and Ancillary Businesses for IntegraMed Fertility, the largest network of fertility practices in North America. Pam is also the founder of their Attain Fertility division – the destination for IVF patients who are looking to pay for IVF treatment the smartest way possible.
