Prior to his appointment as Executive Director of Operations, McKee servedas Senior Director, Medical and Scientific Services (Infectious Diseases) forQuintiles where he was responsible for providing medical support toinvestigative sites. Previously, he served as Senior Director for ClinicalResearch for DynPort Vaccine Company where he directed clinical trials.
McKee earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School ofMedicine and completed his internship, residency and fellowship training inpediatrics and pediatric infectious diseases at Vanderbilt UniversityHospital. He completed a 20-year career in the U.S. Army Medical Department,during which he completed residency training in Preventive Medicine at theWalter Reed Army Institute of Research. McKee also earned a Master's degreein Public Health from Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and PublicHealth.
