STOUGHTON, Mass., June 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Primo Medical Group is pleased to announce the purchase of the Cleanroom Assembly and Packaging business from North American Sterilization and Packaging (NASP), Franklin, New Jersey.
The purchase allows Primo Medical Group to expand its Cleanroom Assembly operations by including NASP's customer portfolio, which encompasses a wide range of medical device manufacturers in the US and Europe. In addition, this acquisition enables Primo Medical Group to broaden its dynamic platform of Engineering, Manufacturing, Cleanroom Assembly and Packaging services.
