The Phoenix Foundation of Maryland will establish a state-recognized recovery high school for individuals who struggle with alcohol and drug abuse in Frederick, MD.

MYERSVILLE, Md., Feb. 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/-- On Friday, April 5, the Phoenix Foundation of Maryland, a Frederick based non-profit, will host the 1st Annual Recovery Education Classic Golf Tournament. The Phoenix Foundation of Maryland will establish a state-recognized recovery high school for individuals who struggle with alcohol and drug abuse in Frederick, MD. In addition, we fund those in the community who are in active addiction and need assistance towards treatment, sober housing, and Vivitrol shots with the Bridging the Gap Fund.

The golf tournament will host keynote speakers, lunch, 50/50 raffle, and many other contests, all to benefit the Phoenix Foundation of Maryland. The money raised will go directly towards the mission of opening up a recovery high school in Frederick, MD. Sponsorship dollars are an investment in the community.
