Douglas. Effective August 1, 2016, Mr. Douglas will step down as chairman and chief executive officer of the company. Lew Little, a seasoned healthcare leader and entrepreneur recently named to the LifeCare board of directors, will serve as interim CEO while the company conducts a national search for a new chief executive.
