In this new role, Roberts will report directly to Pharmavite's CEO and oversee the following departments: Research and Development, Scientific Affairs, Quality and some areas of Regulatory Affairs.

His previous roles include Chief Scientific Officer at NBTY; research-focused leadership roles at Abbott; and research, product development and business leadership roles at Nestle, both in the U.S. and Switzerland.
Roberts holds a Doctorate in Comparative and Environmental Toxicology from Cornell University as well as a Master of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Plant Molecular Biology from Purdue University.
