ALLEGAN, Mich., May 1 Perrigo Company (Nasdaq:PRGO; TASE) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterlydividend of $0.05 per share, payable on June 20, 2008 to shareholders ofrecord on May 25, 2008.
