International clinical media platform and video informatics company
Orpheus Medical's offering at the RSNA meeting will demonstrate how the company's solutions simplify the convergence of clinical media from varied departmental silos into the hospital's enterprise imaging platform and tightly connected to the electronic health record. Hands-on demonstration and case study discussions will highlight the increased care coordination and documentation efficiencies delivered by the Orpheus Clinical Media Platform.
The Orpheus solution is designed to enable clinicians across specialties to practice live and on-demand collaboration securely from any location while increasing patient and referring physician engagement and satisfaction.
"The Orpheus Clinical Media Platform helps providers better manage the many hours of video and thousands of images from otherwise disparate and disconnected sources and then connect the departmental workflow to the enterprise health IT systems. Our long term investment is to enhance quality and patient outcomes by adding layers of real-time and retrospective clinical and business analytics. We are also committed to enhance clinician experience with more cross functional collaboration and patient engagement tools," says Gaddi Menahem, CEO of Orpheus Medical.
"On the same platform we support both order-based and encounter-based workflows that ensure accurate documentation into the patient record without changing the departmental workflow. For example, we simplify the Point of Care Ultrasound imaging workflow by delivering a DICOM modality worklist without having the clinicians to adopt a `RIS driven workflow' if it does not make sense," says Tomer Ben-Sira, VP Product Marketing.
"We are also seeing a strong push towards point of care tagging that streamlines the process of documentation; in the surgical suites, endoscopic procedure rooms and mobile digital image and video capture workflows," Tomer adds, "Our tagging features ensure every media file has the necessary clinical context to make it meaningful and searchable on the enterprise imaging platform and from the electronic health record."
The new zero footprint structured clinical reporting module is purpose built to allow for the flexibility of documentation in various clinical settings, including built-in templates that cover all the Gastroenterology workflow: physician reporting, capturing and tracking quality measures and GIQuIC registry submission requirements. The configurable module allows the use of the same reporting engine to cover documentation requirements in the GI, Pulmonary, ENT and all Point of Care Ultrasound settings.
Orpheus Medical will showcase their Clinical Media Platform at the RSNA 2017 Annual Meeting, November 26 - December 1, in Chicago, Illinois. The solutions will be on display in booth #7310 (North Hall B) and in booth #3300 (South Hall A).
