REYNOLDSBURG, Ohio, Dec. 20, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ As a Life Plan Community, Wesley Ridge Retirement Community is proud
Wesley Ridge is inspected annually to evaluate the services offered and renew our state licensure. The state surveyors enter unannounced to interview residents and staff, inspect the community, and analyze records over a period of several days. Surveyors determine if the community complies with regulations in areas such as quality of service and care, rights administered to residents, and confidentiality of patient information. In order to be granted the deficiency free survey results, each of the regulations must be met in full.
"Receiving this award for the second year in row shows how dedicated Wesley Ridge's staff is to increasing quality of care. A deficiency free survey would not be possible without the care and dedication that every one of our employees provides day in and day out. We thank them for all of their dedication," stated Wesley Ridge Executive Director, Kathy Miller.
When community members are looking for a Life Plan Community for a friend, family member or themselves, taking these survey results into consideration is key. If you or your loved one is in need of care please call Wesley Ridge at (614) 759-0023 for more information.
