Noteworthy Medical Systems Names Paul L. Ruflin as New President and Chief Operating Officer

CLEVELAND, Oct. 15 Noteworthy Medical Systems, Inc.,originator of the three-screen ambulatory electronic health record (EHR),announced today that Paul L. Ruflin has joined the company, assuming theresponsibilities of president and chief operating officer. Ruflin, who ledEclipsys Corporation (ECLP) during the time it brought its next generationhealthcare software solutions to market, will develop Noteworthy's go-to-market strategies to position the company for its next stages of growth.

Ruflin comes to Noteworthy from Deloitte Consulting LLP in New York, wherehe served as a senior partner in the Healthcare Practice. Prior to Eclipsys,Ruflin was COO of the North American operations for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.Prior to Cap Gemini, Paul was the national director of the health managed carepractice for Ernst & Young.

Ruflin's addition to the executive team continues plans by Dolin and theboard of directors to intensify the company's leadership in efforts to bettercapitalize on strategic opportunities.
