Employees at participating organizations complete personal health profilesabout family history, lifestyle and current health. Using proprietary Aegissoftware, the data is used to predict future health risks for eachparticipant. Norton Healthcare then offers specific prevention and educationprograms to help reduce or eliminate those risks. Employers receive the datain aggregate, which protects the private information of employees.

Employers that offer health-management initiatives to their employees canrealize significant savings in healthcare premiums, absenteeism and workers'compensation claims, in addition to increased morale and productivity.
