The community will offer a continuum of services, from independent livingto assisted living and memory care for residents with Alzheimer's disease andother memory challenges. Residences will include studios and one- andtwo-bedroom units.

Stubblefield said he began Willowcreek Management with a business partnerto offer a new standard in retirement living. "We set out to build a communitywhere my grandmother, Lillian, could live comfortably," he said. The companyoperates five other communities in the Pacific Northwest.
