New Human Resource Manager Joins Onarga Academy

ONARGA, Ill., Feb. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- On January 16, 2017, Jody Swearingen joined the Onarga Academy team as the new Human Resources (HR) Manager. Previous HR Manager Sheri Ritchie remains in the Nexus family as she takes on the same position at Indian Oaks Academy in Manteno, Illinois.

Swearingen has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field. She previously held multiple HR roles at Carle Foundation Hospital, and most notably, was the HR Manager for The Carle Foundation, a not-for-profit company. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources at Decatur Memorial Hospital and Medical Group, overseeing daily HR operations and strategic support for the hospital and satellite offices.

Onarga Academy provides residential treatment for males, ages 12 to 21, struggling with emotional and behavioral issues.
