WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Nov. 20, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- NeuX Technologies, Inc. and GoX Studio, LLC announced the execution

of a Letter of Intent for a Strategic Alliance focused on the unmet challenges of chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries, which have a significant impact on every day quality of life and workplace productivity.

Musculoskeletal conditions,

including injuries, disorders and chronic pain, can be the result of repetitive motion, overuse, sports injuries, aging, disease and/or poor posture.  In the United States, these conditions affect 1 in 2 adults and chronic pain affects over 100 million adults. The work place is in critical need of a solution with 70% (216.5 million days) of self-reported lost work days due to musculoskeletal injuries in 2012 ( Despite soaring treatment costs, relief remains elusive as current treatment options either don't effectively treat the pain and mobility, or have unacceptable side effects. Too many people have to deal with every day restricted range of motion, disability and chronic pain.

By combining the benefits derived from NeuX Technologies' Interactive Neuromuscular Stimulation technology platform and GoX Studio's SmartWork technology platform, the companies can deliver the optimal solution to diagnose, treat, measure, monitor and prevent chronic pain and injuries. This breakthrough can be a welcome solution for the corporate health and wellness, military, sports teams and other markets.

A key initiative of the strategic alliance is to collaborate on product design and development opportunities, increase access to key technologies and enhance intellectual property development. The companies plan to leverage their joint sales and marketing efforts to exploit opportunities in domestic and international markets, decrease barriers of entry into key markets and customers, and maximize the return on investment for critical dollars invested in these areas.

"Lack of accuracy plagues health/fitness wearables and GoX fixes the problem with wearables that have laboratory accurate results without the lab," said Scott Minniear, NeuX Technologies CEO. "Solutions for treating chronic pain and injuries often fail because they treat the symptoms. NeuX's Interactive Neuromuscular Stimulation technology will transform the industry by being able to identify and treat the cause of the problem," said Joe Hitt, GoX Studio CEO.
