Hosted by Merck Manuals editor-in-chief Dr. Robert Porter, the series features engaging and informative discussions with nationally-recognized physicians on a wide variety of topics from diet trends and aging, to hearing loss and spider bites, among others. This is latest innovative content initiative supporting the Manuals pledge to make the best current medical information accessible by up to three billion professionals and patients around the world by 2020.

According to recently released research, fifty-one percent of the US population has listened to a podcast this year alone (144 million people).
