BEAUMONT, Texas, March 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Medistar Corporation ("Medistar") announced today the development of a new skilled nursing facility on a 5.48± acre site located at 3475 Fannin Street in Beaumont, Texas.
Operated by OnPointe Health, the skilled nursing facility is being developed by Medistar with the support of community physician leaders Garrett Peel, M.D., CEO of Previty Clinic for Surgical Care, and Qaram Arfeen, M.D., CEO of Harbor Healthcare System.
Now in design, the facility program includes 70 private beds of skilled nursing and 30 beds of memory care.
