MJNA shareholders of record at the close of business as of November 12, 2018 will be entitled to attend and vote at the virtual meeting. Any MJNA shareholder who received a Notice of Meeting and Proxy Statement or a proxy voting card will be able to enter the virtual conference by using the dedicated access proxy control number included in the proxy materials they received. Once in the virtual shareholder meeting, MJNA shareholders can hear the live webcast, cast their vote, and submit questions online during the meeting.
