("MedReleaf") (TSX: LEAF) today announced that the Ontario Superior Courtof Justice (Commercial List) has issued a final order approving its previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") pursuant to which Aurora Cannabis Inc. ("Aurora") agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of MedReleaf
The closing of the Arrangement remains subject to certain customary closing conditions. Assuming the timely satisfaction of these closing conditions, the Arrangement is expected to close on or about July 25, 2018.
