MedCAREERS GROUP, Inc. Forms Advisory Board and Names Two Members

ATLANTA, March 3 MedCAREERS GROUP, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC Bulletin Board: MCGI) today announced the formation of an advisory board to assist in the formation and execution of the Company's focus on facilitating the life and careers of healthcare professionals. The advisory board members are not members of the Board of Directors of the Company, but have vast experience in various aspects of the healthcare industry.

The initial members of the advisory board are Dr. Alec Jaret and William A. Goldstein. The Company anticipates adding additional members to the advisory board in the future.

Commenting on the formation of the advisory board and the two appointees, MedCAREERS GROUP CEO Bryan Crutchfield stated: "We are pleased to be able to add two accomplished individuals with specific expertise and vision directly related to our strategy. Dr. Jaret has an accomplished career in the dental staffing industry and is a healthcare professional in his own right. Will Goldstein has a long history in the physician staffing space and was the founder of medcareers.com back in 1999. Dr. Alec Jaret Biography:

Alec Jaret, DMD, is a co-founder of HealthDrive Corporation, one of the leading groups that provide ancillary medical and dental services to the institutionalized geriatric population. Dr. Jaret has been the Director of Dental Services for HealthDrive since its inception in 1989. Additionally, Dr. Jaret is responsible for HealthDrive's clinical functions relating to the dental operation, including the establishment of treatment protocols, interaction with regulatory boards and government entities, recruitment of dental professionals, and the overall supervision of dental services.

Dr. Jaret earned his DMD from Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry in 1982 and has practiced dentistry for over 30 years in private, hospital and institutional settings. Dr. Jaret currently holds licenses to practice dentistry in Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Wisconsin, Texas, and Pennsylvania.

William Goldstein Biography:

Mr. Goldstein has been a serial entrepreneur his entire career and has been involved in a variety of businesses including physician staffing, technology, and online travel. Mr. Goldstein was a founder of Nationwide Medical Services in 1992 which later became JC Nationwide, a leading physician staffing or locum tenens company, based in Atlanta, GA. Mr. Goldstein was also a founder of Medcareers.com and was the driving force in the initial strategic alliance Medcareers.com formed with WebMD pursuant to which Medcareers.com powered WebMD's job board.
