As new recruits in Jillian's boot camp, players must complete a unique training program composed of challenging fitness tests and an ever-changing series of workouts. By choosing from four workout types -- including Weight Loss, Strength Training, Intervals and Hill Climb -- players can set the intensity to light, medium or hard in order to achieve their personal fitness goals in a customized interactive experience. From running obstacle courses and jumping rope to boxing and rowing, players are tasked with a range of branching exercise routines that, when completed, unlock lifestyle and fitness video tips from Jillian herself. Players can pursue their personal fitness goals alone or face off against a friend in Multiplayer Mode while the game monitors their progress based on calorie consumption and workout intensity.
