MRM//McCann Becomes Japan's First Agency Certified by Veeva Systems for Healthcare CLM

TOKYO, May 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Veeva Japan KK and MRM//McCann today jointly announced a partnership that will make MRM//McCann the first and only CRM agency in Japan to achieve Closed

Loop Marketing (CLM) certification status from Veeva Systems. The global agency has been expanding its healthcare capabilities and practice around the world, and Veeva's CLM software offering, part of its overall CRM suite, helps pharma and biotech companies
generate more productive and meaningful interactions through the feedback loop of real-time customer insights.

Veeva is a leader in cloud-based software for the global life sciences industry, working with more than 600 pharma and biotech companies around the world. With this certification, MRM//McCann Japan joins a strong and growing network of Veeva-certified MRM//McCann offices, including MRM//McCann Hong Kong and MRM//Meteorite in London, both of which have achieved level two certification, and MRM//McCann in the U.S., which has achieved level four.
