The coalition will perform analytics-based research using paid claims data to help tackle some of healthcare's biggest challenges. The first research project, to be conducted by Stanford University students, will tackle the opioid crisis. The second research project, to be conducted by SMU (Southern Methodist University) students, will focus on hospital readmissions.
