Leerie T. Jenkins Jr. Reelected to Serve on Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida Board of Directors

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Sept. 9 Announced at today's annualpolicyholders' meeting, Leerie T. Jenkins, Jr. was reelected to serve athree-year term on Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida's (BCBSF) Board ofDirectors. Jenkins, an Orange Park resident, is chairman and chief executiveofficer of Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc. (RSH).

During his 36 years with RSH, Jenkins has served in various senior levelmanagement positions including in the planning services division and aspresident and CEO of the company's North Carolina operations.

Jenkins is also a member of the Florida Council of 100 and the Gator BowlAssociation, and serves on the boards of the Florida Chamber of Commerce andthe Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. He previously served as chair of theFlorida Chamber of Commerce, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce andLeadership Florida.

In addition to Jenkins, John B. Ramil and Robert I. Lufrano, M.D. werereelected for three-year terms at today's policyholders' meeting. BCBSF alsoannounced today the retirement of board member DuBose Ausley after 26 years ofdedicated service.
