Dispensary Permits secured a dispensary license for We-Mend, LLC, which will be doing business as Strive Life in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

GRAND FORKS, N.D., Nov. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The North Dakota Department of Health announced two medical marijuana

dispensary licenses for the Grand Forks and Williston regions today. Dispensary Permits, a nationally recognized cannabis consulting agency, secured a dispensary license for We-Mend, LLC, which will be doing business as Strive Life in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

A total of eight dispensary licenses will be awarded in the state. Two licenses were announced in the Bismarck and Fargo regions in September 2018, and applications for the four remaining licenses will be accepted in January 2019, for the following areas: Devils Lake, Dickinson, Jamestown, and Minot.

North Dakota approved medical marijuana in 2016 and rejected a ballot initiative to legalize recreational marijuana this November. The U.S. medical marijuana market is expected to surpass USD 8 billion by 2024, according to a Global Markets, Inc. research study.
