("LCA-Vision"or the "Company") (Nasdaq: LCAV) between February 12, 2007 and July 30, 2007(the "Class Period"). The class action lawsuit was filed in the United StatesDistrict Court for the Southern District of Ohio.

The Complaint alleges that defendants violated federal securities laws byissuing material misrepresentations to the market concerning the Company'sbusiness and financial performance, thereby artificially inflating the priceof LCA-Vision securities.
