LaReine Chabut Named ISSA Director of Women's Fitness and Wellness

CARPINTERIA, Calif., April 20 A distinguished lifestyle and fitness expert, model, best-selling author, and television personality, LaReine Chabut has been named Director of Women's Fitness and Wellness for the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), a provider of nationally accredited distance education programs.

A pre and post-natal fitness expert, LaReine is the author of Lose That Baby Fat! (www.losethatbabyfat.com), taking a sensible approach to post-pregnancy exercise and emphasizing realistic weight loss, positive self-image, and renewed overall fitness. Most recognized as the lead instructor of The Firm, a popular series of workout videos, she is the leading fitness expert for Fit Pregnancy magazine, and was recently voted "Top Ten Most Fit Moms Online." LaReine has also authored Exercise Balls for Dummies, Stretching for Dummies, and Core Strength for Dummies.
