Prior to joining LS9, Mr. Haywood served as Senior Vice President ofRefining for Tesoro Petroleum, where he was responsible for seven refineriesand over $20 billion in revenue. Under his leadership, Tesoro became aleading independent refiner by integrating refinery acquisitions, drivingoperational excellence and building over $1 billion in capital projects.During this period, shareholder value increased by more than 86%.
