PITTSBURGH, Sept. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- LIFE Pittsburgh, a local Pennsylvania LIFE Program,part of the nationally recognized PACE program, has been announced as an alternative for the State's new Medicaid delivery program, Community HealthChoices.
The State's program, launching in January 2018, requires
LIFE Pittsburgh has 18 years of experience using a proven model to provide all of the care necessary to allow older adults to remain independent and living in their homes. LIFE Pittsburgh is a comprehensive program that offers all Medicare and Medicaid services, plus many additional services, in the LIFE Centers, in one's home and, if needed, in a hospital or facility. Services include medical care, home care, personal care, medications, transportation and more for people age 55 and older. There are no costs for those who qualify.
