The LARKR app can be downloaded for free on the Apple App Store. Members of the media, as well as coworkers, friends and family of the victims can use the code "CapitolGazette" for a complimentary therapy session with a licensed, professional therapist on the platform. Others locally or nationwide who were impacted can use the code "Annapolis" to receive $40 off an $85, 50-minute therapy session. The service is available for anyone over the age of 13, and multi-user sessions are available if families or couples would like to participate together.

Additionally, LARKR offers free resources such as guided meditations, a daily mood journal, and self-care reminders, which it encourages those affected to utilize.

"It is heartbreaking and horrific to revisit this type of tragedy," said LARKR CEO and Co-Founder Shawn Kernes. "LARKR is available to provide immediate, professional therapy and self-care to all affected individuals who are coping with the horror, shock and grief of this awful event."

Broadcast personality and LARKR investor Armstrong Williams added: "As a journalist, it is a nightmare come true for such an attack to take place in the newsroom, where people work day in and day out to make sure the truth gets told across the country. In moments like this, it is critical that we come together to ensure that those impacted by such a tragedy are able to receive the physical and mental health care that they need."

LARKR's network does have a limited capacity at this time, so the company is also encouraging any licensed therapists in Maryland or across the country who are interested in helping people through this difficult time to sign up on the platform today to assists with these efforts.
